- 1/3 cup (100g) light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon mango chutney
- 1 cup (160g) shredded cooked chicken
- 1 Coles Bakery Stone Baked White Sourdough Vienna loaf, ends trimmed, cut into 8 slices
- 1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced lengthways
- 1Combine the mayonnaise and mango chutney in a small bowl. Combine the chicken and 1 tablespoon of the mango mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
- 2Spread 4 of the bread slices with the remaining mango mayonnaise. Top with the lettuce, chicken, cucumber and remaining bread slices.
